Experiences

Tailored culinary journeys

Our chefs, designers, and storytellers collaborate with you to shape intimate gatherings that honor flavor, ritual, and place.

Private dinners

Designed for 8–24 guests, private dinners unfold across multiple acts with thoughtful pacing, interpretive storytelling, and custom beverage pairings. We begin with a discovery session to learn about your guests, histories, and desired mood, then translate that into a menu that feels both personal and transportive.

Tasting events

Curate sensory flights around a theme—botanical bitters, ferment stories, heirloom grains—or invite us to build a narrative in concert with your brand or celebration. Each course arrives with supporting tactile artifacts, aroma jars, or soundscapes to extend the experience beyond taste.

Custom activations

We partner with galleries, design firms, and cultural festivals to craft edible installations, press previews, and multi-day culinary programming. Our team handles concept development, culinary production, guest experience, and post-event storytelling assets.
